Opening Receptions

Members receive special invitations to each exhibition's opening reception. The AMA typically hosts 10 to 12 exhibitions every year, and welcomes each one with a Friday night reception for its members.

Special Events and Member Benefits

By joining the museum at the Partners level and above, members may participate in such exciting events as studio and gallery visits. These special programs allow members to meet local artists and experience the artistic process first-hand. In addition, members at the Associates level and above are invited to a private party with exhibition artists during the year. Members at the Art Circle level and above are invited to the AMA's annual Director's Dinner -- an evening of wining and dining with the Director, exhibition artists, and staff. Tours
AMA members may request guided exhibition tours for groups of five or more. Museum staff or an AMA Docent offer insight into each show with lively, informal discussions about the artwork. Contact us at 817-275-4600 or email us at ama@arlingtonmuseum.org to arrange a tour.

Discounts
AMA members receive discounts on museum programming throughout the year. These valuable discounts apply to such programs as Summer Art Camp, private art lessons, and other special workshops.
