• Conveniently located in downtown Arlington with easy access from the entire metroplex.

• Plenty of capacity for guests. (varies up to 500 people standing - 300 people seated at tables)
• Available for weekend events, weddings and receptions Thursday through Sunday after 5pm. Rentals are for 7-hour periods. Additional hours are available for a modest charge.
• The AMA has two spaces available for rental each evening. The private Rooftop and the Main Gallery, Mezzanine and Amphitheatre.
• The Main Gallery, Mezzanine and Amphitheatre rental fee for a 7-hour period is $3,000 ($2,500 non-refundable, $500 damage deposit refundable - pending no damage). To reserve your rental date 50% ($1,500) of the rental fee is required. $500 is returned after the event pending no damage to the building or artwork.
• The Rooftop rental fee for a minimum of a 3 hour period is $800 ($300 non-refundable, $500 damage deposit refundable - pending no damage). Each additional hour is $100. To reserve your rental date 50% of entire rental is required. $500 is returned after the event pending no damage to the building or artwork.
• We are now offering Rehearsal Rates. This is a way to gain access to the museum prior to the night of your rental which will allow you and your event planner(s) the opportunity to get a feel for the space, run thru any ceremonial activities, etc. The rehearsal option, should you choose to exercise it, should be scheduled with the Rentals Coordinator (rentals@arlingtonmuseum.org).
• Rehearsal fees are $75 per hour. The Rehearsal time will be limited to 2 hours. Rehearsals must be scheduled and paid in full at the time of booking. Booking must be made 3 months in advance and cancellation notices are appreciated at least 1 month prior to date of event.

• Renters are required to use AMA approved caterers. We have 5 professional catering companies to choose from. They offer a wide variety of selections and price points. We feel certain you will find a caterer to meet your needs from the following list:

• Renters may use the beverage services of their caterer or bring in their own alcohol. All alcohol must be served by a TABC certified server with a current license. We have no restrictions on what type of alcohol the renter has at their reception. Red and white wine is equally welcome as are kegs and margarita machines. The AMA provides a security officer for the 7-hour rental.
• Renters may choose live or recorded music. See our list of preferred vendors for music suggestions.

• 100 black plastic folding chairs

• Linens and service are provided by your caterer of choice. Additional chairs, decorations and other rentable items are rented and arranged for by the renter. See our list of preferred vendors for sources.
• The AMA will lend its CD sound system and cordless microphone upon request.
