ROOFTOP Rentals

Conveniently located in downtown Arlington with easy access from the entire Metroplex. 

•The AMA ROOFTOP is available for special events, luncheons, showers, and meetings during our regular business hours:
    Wed. 9:30am – 8pm,
    Thurs. – Sat. 9:30am – 5pm.

•The ROOFTOP is also available on Friday and Saturday nights as part of a weekend rental of the entire AMA, for the full rental price.

•The ROOFTOP rental fee is $100/hour, with a 3-hour minimum.   Please plan your schedule to include set-up and take-down within your rental time frame.

•The ROOFTOP space measures approx. 36’ x 24’ climate controlled interior; approx. 28’ x 24’ covered exterior; and approx. 33’ x 12’ exposed exterior. Interior area seats 60-100 guests.

•The ROOFTOP is handicapped accessible via our elevator.  Restrooms are located on both the mezzanine and ground levels.

•There is a limited kitchen facility on the ground floor available for your caterer and accessible via elevator.

•The AMA can make available for no additional fee it’s tables and chairs.  See the AMA Special Events Coordinator for details.  Typically we have available:

        •30 - 48” Round Tables
        •6 - 8’ Banquet Tables
        •100 - Black Folding Chairs

•If alcohol is being served at the event, the renter is responsible for hiring a TABC certified and licensed server. Until December 31, 2006, the renter is responsible for providing an off-duty officer for the 7 hour rental (or length of event) when alcohol is being served at an event.

•The AMA provides Require Caterers and Preferred Vendors Lists to assist you in planning your event.

•To reserve a date the AMA requires a 50% deposit and a signed contract. The balance is due 3 months prior to event. A $500 damage deposit is due 1 month before the event. Refund policies are outlined in the contract.
